Public Participation

Public Participation at Meetings

At each Council and Standing Committee meeting there is an opportunity for public participation. You can address Council on any matter during the public participation period after giving your name and address.

Presentations to Council

If you would like to make a formal presentation to the Council, please submit a written request to the Municipal Hall addressed to Mayor and Council. Please indicate the subject matter and specify any requests that you will be making of the Council.  Presentations must not be longer than ten minutes.
